Something funny happened during work today or rather yesterday. One of our customer actually filed a complaint with TW citiservice and they put up an exceller case. In the contents, they described the customer's unhappiness in chinese..."
客人级度抱怨流程过于冗长..." Do you understand what this statement mean? We really have no idea so in the end our interpretation for it is the customer very unhappy about our cycle time that is too long... Oh c'mon, over here we don't use such 'chim' terms. And the last part of the complaint, the citiservice staff stated...'fyi, you don't have to reply'
