At last our tiles were 'washed'! Went up this morning to have a better look though we had went yesterday. There were no lights installed yet so we cant see properly using the torchlights. It was pretty disappointing to see the tiles aint that white as from what we saw in the showroom. Hubby said it will look different after installing the downlights. Hope so!!

Purchased some lights after knocking off from work. Impulsive buy!! Total damage - $429 for 9 downlights, 11 fluorescent tubes and 1 light for one of the passageway. And we still have to buy for all the bedrooms, kitchen, storeroom and 'service balcony'. After some calculations, we will be spending around $1.7k for the lightings. So far we have already spent $2.6k for mattress plus bedframe and $3.2k for dining table and sofa. Luckily my mum will be sponsoring me money to get fridge and washer. I was sad when hubby doesnt let me buy dryer, he said its a waste of money...Humphhh! As for tv, we intend to get the 40" Sony X-series during GSS otherwise will use the 32" Sony S-series till the price is right. Oh ya..I intend to get a 19" wide screen monitor for myself also. Hope I can get a good bargain during the IT show. Headaches!!! There are so many things to buy...
