I finally got my engagement ring on sat... actually bought it a week ago but the size is too big so sent it for alteration. I've been waiting for it anxiously as the SA will call me once its ready. On sat, my bf told me he's sending a dog home first before coming to fetch me. After I met up with him, told me his friend was looking for him and asked him to go down his restaurant @ Suntec.

Reached the restaurant as its dinner time the place was quite packed. We doubt his friend got time for us, so we ordered our food while waiting for him. We finished our main course and waited for our dessert...At first I was looking elsewhere and as I turned, saw one of the boss bringing a plate (dunno what) with a stick of sparks...I was thinking someone may have ordered it and I turned away. Next moment the plate was placed in front of me.. The plate was big so the boss knocked the railing accidentally and something dropped on the plate... its a ring!!!! I was thinking whose ring was that???? I realised its the ring we bought...I was in daze and staring at the dessert.. Surprise indeed!!!!

Seriously I was stunned, I wouldnt have notice the ring if it hadnt dropped becos initially its placed between 2 slices of strawberry.. The ring had ice-cream on it and my bf wiped it before putting on for me.. A table beside us saw it and the bunch was clapping hands..a few of them even said congrats to us, gosh!!! I was blushing by that time.. Cant stopped smiling and asked my bf when he got it.

Told me he called the SA the next day after we bought the ring and instructed not to call me. On friday nite, my bf kept pestering me for the collection receipt though I told him can pass it to him the next morning..I didnt suspect much and gave it to him. Wahahaha....Its a lie he's sending any dog..he actually went down to collect it. Another lie his friend was looking for him...Hahaha.... Told my bf though its not very romantic but indeed a surprise and I'm very happy!!!!!
